2024 has been a year where I’ve discovered so many new favorites that I know I’ll be holding onto for the long haul. It’s been packed with incredible staples, so I thought I’d compile a detailed list. As you can probably guess, this post mig

ht end up being a little long (you know how I get with favorites), but I promise it’s worth it.

Just a quick disclaimer: These are all products that I’ve tried for the first time this year; not all time favorites. Just sharing what’s worked for me — I don’t want anyone to feel like they need anything—it’s simply meant to be helpful.

SKINCARE

I usually get professional microneedling twice a year (at least), but didn’t get it done once this year because I relied on this $15 Korean at home microneedling treatment serum. Once you’ve created “holes” in your skin, follow up with this PDRN serum - guarantee your skin will glow the next day.

Speaking of PDRN… expect to see lots more PDRN next year. What is PDRN? Simply put, it is salmon sp3rm. Coating yourself with fish genital DNA may sound questionable, but research and my own personal experience shows that it is great for repairing skin barriers and restoring skin elasticity.

If you are keen to try… here are my fav PDRN products: PDRN toner (my mom also loves this), pink sheetmask, and vitamin C infused serum.

I launched a massage cream with one of my favorite korean skincare brands, Beauty of Joseon! Was such a fun project to work on. Another Kbeauty collab coming early 2025… stay tuned.

Just when I thought Korean sunscreens couldnt get any better, I discovered this one from Tocobo. Speechless.

I had the lovely opportunity to try a $2000 cream (yes thats the right number of 0’s). This La Prairie cream aims to extend the skin’s health span at the cellular level, preventing aging cells from forming in the first place. Science is so cool.

The best lip balm I’ve tried in recent years.

Speaking of lip balms, I’m obsessed with this tinted lip balm from Sulwahsoo. They finally decided to bring their makeup line to the US market!

This korean cleanser acts as a double cleanser in one - it’ll make your nighttime routine so much better.

This luxurious eye cream might be the eye cream that ends all eye creams.

MAKEUP

I was introduced to this powder by a makeup artist in Singapore and she said “you accidentally use too much, it wont affect your makeup.” You must get this pearly powder; it will last you years.

Don’t sleep on Victoria Beckham Beauty. If you’re scared of contouring, try these - they are so slim you wont mess up your makeup.

This Saie bronzer launched this year and i already cant live life without it.

What does Westman Atelier not do well? Their concealer disappears into your skin without feeling heavy.

Get this Armani eye shimmer if you suck at eye makeup. It will actually take you two seconds.

There’s no way I wont like a blush named the same as my stuffed animal, Piggy.

I expect for C-Beauty in 2025 - this glazed lipstick in shade 507 was my most used lipstick this year (I had my mom buy it for me in china so it was like $6).

Prada continued to impress me beyond their Clios - they launched a blue lip balm that actually it turns into a bespoke pink upon application, thanks to its Micro-Blushing technology that allows it to adjust to your lips’ pH levels. Even Sabrina Carpenter is a fan.

Miss Selena is officially in bride mode; can’t tell what’s brighter - her $225K engagement ring or this highlighter?!
